Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Tarbiyah LMS. They explain the rules for using our learning platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them — so please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Tarbiyah LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be able to form a binding agreement under your local law to use the platform.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
When using Tarbiyah LMS, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or infringe the rights of others.
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other learners, instructors, or staff.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Upload harmful code or misuse the community, chat, or Q&A features.
4. Courses and access
Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for your own learning. Course availability, curriculum, and features may change, and some content may be added, updated, or removed over time.
5. Payments, coupons, and refunds
- Some courses are free; others may require a payment or a valid coupon code.
- Prices and any applicable terms are shown before you enrol or pay.
- Where a course requires payment, any refund eligibility will be described at the point of purchase. Please review it before paying.
6. Certificates
When you complete a course’s requirements, you may receive a certificate with a unique verification code. Certificates recognise completion of the course on our platform; they are not a formal academic qualification unless explicitly stated. You agree not to alter or misrepresent a certificate.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its course content are owned by Tarbiyah LMS or its instructors and licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the access we grant you, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Content you submit
You are responsible for anything you post — reviews, questions, and messages. By posting, you grant us permission to display it on the platform as part of the service. You agree your content is lawful, respectful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.
9. Instructors and third-party content
Courses are created by instructors, and the platform integrates third-party services (for example, for authentication and file storage). We are not responsible for the accuracy of instructor-provided content or for third-party services, though we work to maintain a high-quality, trustworthy platform.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms others or the service. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property and liability) survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for a reliable, accurate, and beneficial service, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will meet every particular need.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarbiyah LMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Tarbiyah LMS. The specific governing law and venue should be confirmed with legal counsel and stated here before publication.
